Each year, in December, the Heard Nature Photographers club hosts a Members Choice meeting where members can include selected photos in a members slide show. After the show, club members vote to select a single image to represent the club, becoming the Members Choice Award winner for the year.
How to Participate
Club members may submit up to five (5) images to be included in the Members Choice slide show and considered for the Members Choice Award winner. Images are to be uploaded prior to the meeting - NOTE: images will not be accepted at the meeting.
How to Upload Images
- Images must be uploaded by midnight, Thursday, December 8th, 2010.
- Prepare your files before uploaded them.
- You do not need to resize your files.
- RENAME your files to include your name as the first few characters of the file name. For example, "RobHull-9878.jpg" would be correct, while "vacation-9878-RobHull.jpg" would be incorrect.
- Save your file as a flat jpg or tif file. You should NOT have to compress your files to upload them. If your files are too large, you will want to resize them to a more reasonable size.
- Upload your images

Click on the folder Heard Member Choice to highlight the folder.- Click on the up arrow on the top blue toolbar.
- Follow on screen instructions to identify your files to be uploaded.
- When you're done, click on the upper right "Signed in as Guest", and select Sign Out.
Important Note:
By uploading your images you grant the Heard Nature Photographers Club and the Heard Natural Science Museum the right to use your image on web sites, emails, print or other media to promote the club and/or museum.
