Agreement of Waiver of Liability

I acknowledge that participating in field trips, events, or activities organized by the Heard Nature Photographers Club (“the Club”) involves inherent risks. I accept full responsibility for any injury, accident, or loss that may occur to myself, my spouse, or any guest(s) I bring to a Club activity.

I hereby waive any claims against the Heard Nature Photographers Club, its officers, agents, speakers, and instructors for any accident, injury, or damages of any kind that I, my spouse, or my guest(s) may sustain while participating in any Club activities, including travel to and from such activities.

I understand and agree that participation in Club activities is entirely voluntary and at our own risk. I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Heard Nature Photographers Club, its officers, agents, speakers, and instructors, including the payment of reasonable attorney fees, for any claim arising from or related to participation by myself, my spouse, or my guest(s).

I acknowledge that the Heard Nature Photographers Club utilizes electronic communication of member information and may display qualifying members’ images via its website or newsletter.

I hereby consent to the Club sharing my email information with other members for Club-related communication. I further consent to the reasonable use of any image I submit or provide to the Club—including, without limitation, publication on the Club’s website, display at meetings or events, and inclusion in newsletters or slideshows.

I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older and have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of myself, my spouse, and any guest(s) I bring to Club activities.
